D1060/1300/1500/1650 Semi-automatic die-cutting machine

D series semi-automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is the key equipment for die-cutting and creasing, cold pressing and embossing of paper products such as cartons and boxes. The machine adopts high-strength gripper teeth, high-precision intermittent mechanism, pneumatic lock plate, pneumatic clutch, overload protection and automatic paper collection, which realizes smooth paper feeding, accurate positioning, stable die-cutting and neat paper collection.

Applying microcomputer control to realize the whole process automation of the machine, and displaying the working condition and troubleshooting method through the man-machine interface. The key components, control system and fasteners are all imported and carefully assembled to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine. There are sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal work of the machine and personal safety.

Paper feeding department: manually deliver the paper structure to the designated position.

Pre coding paper

The operator can place the paper to be processed or onto the pre coding paper trolley. When the secondary paper feeding is enabled, push the pre coding paper trolley onto the paper feeding table, position it, and take over the work of the secondary paper feeding.
