D1300/1500/1650QY1 Automatic die cutting machine

D series full-automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is the key equipment for die-cutting and creasing, cold pressing and embossing of various paper products and films, such as paper boxes, cartons, trademarks and so on.

The machine adopts high-speed flyer, high-strength gripper row, swinging overall front gauge, push-pull side gauge, high-precision intermittent mechanism, pneumatic locking plate, pneumatic clutch, overload protection, and automatic paper collection, which realizes smooth paper feeding, accurate positioning, stable die-cutting, and neat paper collection. Microcomputer control is applied to realize the automation of the whole process of the machine, and the working condition and troubleshooting methods are displayed through the man-machine interface.

The key components, control system and fasteners are all imported and carefully assembled to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine. There are sensors and safety devices in many places to guarantee the normal work of the machine and personal safety.
